All employees receive regular training on OSHA requirements and safety procedures for their work areas. Employees receive the proper personal protective equipment to ensure their safety while performing their jobs. Employees participate in safety drills for various emergency situations.

The LTD Safety Team conducts internal audits to identify and correct any potential safety hazards. The team investigates any injury to understand root cause and develop procedures to prevent future occurrences. Periodic audits are conducted by external agencies. Injury rates are tracked and analyzed for trends to instigate changes.

Facilities management utilizes a preventative maintenance program for equipment optimization and employee safety.
