Clean for Install
LTD Material offers various types of cleaning for your specific need. LTD is delivering parts used in the most sensitive deposition processes in the fab. These processes require very clean surfaces to avoid particles due to delamination from the quartz surface.
Our most advanced cleaning process is performed in a Class 5 clean room. Packaging is performed in a Class 5 clean room to ensure the product maintains its cleanliness. Our clean rooms are spacious enough to process all our parts including some of our largest products.
The cleaning is performed in a fully automated machine. It features full immersion, UPW (18 MΩ, <6 ppb TOC) rinse, N2 purged dryer and N2 purge packaging.
